Back to school, September it is all manic getting you children back to school in the right shoes, uniform with the right books. An important aspect of school is sport and not only keeping active and healthy but socialising with other children.

Osgood-Schlatter Disease

Osgood- Schlatter Disease is a common cause of knee pain in active adolescents but can be managed with the correct advice and therapy.
Does your child have any of the below symptoms:
1. Pain with stairs, kneeling and squats
2. Pain with exercise such as running, jumping
3. Local pain or swelling and tenderness around the tibial tuberosity
4. Single knee pain or bilateral
