Jo Milton
Jo Milton joined Kensington Physio in 2007 as managing partner with the aim of continuing on the family business. Jo completed a business Masters at Nottingham University in 2005 and after working in the city decided to move into a more caring role within the family business.
A keen sportswoman, Jo knows all too well how easily injuries happen and the importance of having a good team to see you back to full health. In her spare time Jo enjoys skiing, lacrosse, netball and anything by the sea.
