3. Do you take American express?

Yes – all major credit and debit cards are accepted

4. I do not have a referral from my GP, do I need one?

No you can self refer.

However If you are claiming through private health insurance, your may need a referral from your GP as part of the preauthorisation process – but you would need to take that up with your insurer directly before the appointment

5. What do I need to bring to my appointment?

There are no requirements but we do recommend bring loose, comfortable clothing to enable us to properly treat your condition. You may also need to do exercise – so gym appropriate clothing is recommended, including trainers. We do have change facilities available. Ideally Please bring shorts, vest top and trainers to your appointment.

6. Do I need to wear shorts & singlet to my appointment?

As above – we recommend you bring comfortable clothing and gym appropriate clothing, including shorts.

7. Do I get 20% off my sports massage?

All patients will receive 20% off their first massage with us, provided they inform us at the time of booking that they saw the offer on our website.

8. Is the 20% discount off my first session of physiotherapy? I saw this advertised on your website.

The 20% offer is for new patients of sports massage only. This is not a physiotherapy appointment.

11. Do you take insurance patients? I am covered in AXA PPP.

Yes, we do take insurance patients and work with a number of companies. Please view insurance providers we work with here.

12. How much is a dry needling session?

Dry needling is part of a physiotherapy appointment, and falls in line with our standard pricing.

An initial assessment is required for dry needling, as we need to assess your condition before beginning the process.

13. Why do I need authorisation I was told I don’t need it?

All private insurance appointments need preauthorisation, or your insurance company will not cover the cost of the appointment. You must always receive your authorisation number prior to coming in for your appointment.

15. What’s a bundle package? My physiotherapist told me about it.

A bundle is a package of six physiotherapy follow up, or sports massage appointments, paid for in advance. The sessions are valid for 6 MONTHS ONLY. The sessions are non transferable and the credit can only be applied to one patients account. It is not valid in conjunction with any other offer
