Dear Patients and Clients
We wanted to update you on the measures we are taking against the Coronavirus situation to ensure your environment when you attend our clinic for treatment is safe.
We are regularly providing staff with daily updates with regards to advice for physiotherapists/health care workers both from the government and our professional and regulating bodies
We ask that ALL our patients/clients DO NOT TO ATTEND our clinics if they have either Flu-like symptoms or have recently travelled to high-risk areas – please ask our care team if not sure of current countries recommended for isolation post visiting. We are also asking these questions again at the time of their attendance before being allowed into the treatment/gym areas.
Treatment plinths, equipment and pillows are wiped down and sanitised between each patient
As always, all of our clinics are being regularly cleaned. We have employed some additional cleaning services to ensure the environment is as clean as possible. Many of the gyms where we are based are also hiring additional cleaning to disinfect and sanitise the gym area to ensure all the facilities are as clean as possible.
We have provided alcohol sanitisation in all clinic rooms and waiting areas to ensure that all staff and patients are cleaning their hands regularly
We ask that following your sessions/consultations that you use the wash rooms to wash your hands with the soap provided and that paper towels are used and disposed into the foot controlled bins provided.
We have also commenced video/phone calling advice/consultations for any concerned patients that may require our expert advice from our senior physiotherapists to continue to recover from their complaints whilst we overcome this difficult and tense period.
