New Years Resolutions!


Today at Kensington Physio (while munching on chocolate…!) we have been discussing our New Years resolutions for 2016. My personal ones include going to the gym regularly again, (a popular favourite!), healthy eating, and joining a riding or tennis club. I also aim next year to do at least 1 cultural activity each month, to make the most of living in central London.

Among us physios and our clients, health, fitness and weight loss seem to be the number 1 resolutions for 2016. But we as physios fully understand that pain and injury can delay or prevent you reaching your personal goals.
