A recent research paper revealed that physical exercise significantly reduced the risk of breast cancer, colon cancer, diabetes, ischaemic heart disease, and ischaemic stroke events!

High levels of Exercise

Although all physical exercise is beneficial those individuals who exercised considerably higher than the recommended daily minimum revealed the greatest benefit.
