Tendon injuries are a very common problem that we see here at Kensington Physio and Sports medicine. Our knowledge of tendon pain and the rehabilitation process of tendon injuries is constantly evolving as more research comes is done in this area.
Here is some information written by Professor Jill Cook which we came across, which gives a few good points to consider if you are suffering from a lower limb tendon injury.
It is always a good idea to be seen by a Physiotherapist if you have a tendon injury to help identify factors that may be contributing to the problem and guide you through the rehabilitation process.
If you would like to see one of our physiotherapist for an assessment then please contact us via our email email@example.com or give us a call on 0207 6030040.
